Kakheti is a region of Georgia. Telavi is its administrative center. The region includes eight administrative districts: Telavi, Gurjaani, Qvareli, Sagarejo, Dedoplistsqaro, Signagi, Lagodekhi, and Akhmeta. The people of Kakheti speak the Kakhetian dialect of Georgian.
